Inner Peace Yoga in Tulsa Oklahoma is a beautiful custom designed 2076 sq. foot facility complete with a 1077 sq. foot Lisbon Natural Cork Yoga floor and a beautiful scenic view of the local greenbelt. Our Tulsa Yoga Studio has men’s and women’s facilities with showers, as well as a boutique and Massage Therapy room. We offer over 30 group Yoga Classes a week with highly qualified and experienced instructors as well as workshops, retreats, and community gatherings. Yoga Classes are available for beginning, intermediate and advanced students in a variety of styles such as Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Therapeutic, Yin Yoga, Beginner and Gentle practices. Private instruction is also offered.
Single class and package options are available as well as gift certificates. All products and services are available online.
For all mom’s needing a well deserved break for themselves, there is also a drop-in day care conveniently located across the street in the Northwest corner. Call Polliwog’s for hours & rates at 252-1609.
Inner Peace Yoga is also proud to host licensed massage therapist, Yvonne van Eijk L.M.T. Yvonne is certified in many forms of therapeutic massage including Polarity, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Relaxing Swedish, Hot Stone and Chinese Fire Cupping massage therapies. She is seriously amazing! To book a massage with Yvonne, sign up before or after your yoga class, call 694-3770 or come by any weekday as she is sometimes available for drop in appointments.

12. An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than to make them happen.
